Lovely, bright and pleasantly decorated gîte, adjoining the owners' home, with private, unoverlooked space. You'll particularly appreciate the relaxing living room, with its beautiful parquet flooring, cornices and staff baseboards. From the spacious bedroom, you'll appreciate the panoramic view over the green Lié valley. The owners will share with you their passion for roses and horses. The medieval town of Moncontour is 11 km away.

Your vacation rental comprises ground floor: attractive fitted kitchen with dining area (wood-burning stove), laundry room and toilet. 1st floor: spacious, pleasant living room (TNT-DVD player). 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with en-suite bathroom (very spacious shower). Private parking, courtyard and enclosed garden (100 m²). Children's play area (tree house, swing, etc.) shared with gîte 421 620. Telecommuting space in the living room.

    Brilliant location, excellent gite, very welcoming yet very discreet owner. A house in which it is very easy to settle down and enjoy, not to forget the garden... Not just the private garden linked to the house, but the whole garden surrounding the properties is available to enjoy the peace and quiet of this village and countryside.

    A very tranquil area

    We received a wonderful welcome from Hyacinth, with a guided tour of the house and garden, including a visit to their 32 year old horse. The house is very well equipped, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The village of Plouguenast is very central to visit places. Our dogs were made welcome and our own fenced secure garden was a bonus. The garden is a haven for wildlife. There are a lot of places the walk, one of the best being the Lac de Bosmelaec. We visited Vannes, Erquy, Dinard Josselin, Moncontour (highlight lunch at the Remparts restaurant - book a table, don’t be in a rush because he is a one man band - menu de jour 15€). We would highly recommend Hyacinth and Colette’s beautiful gite.
