Let yourself be seduced by this gite located at the gateway to the Port of Perros-Guirec, on the heights of Louannec, adjoining another gite (22G120527). Tastefully renovated, you'll appreciate the comfort of its 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms with wc. Sea views from all living areas and bedrooms. You'll enjoy relaxing on the 2 private terraces at your disposal, including one with a magnificent view of the sea and the Port of Perros-Guirec. Its privileged location is an asset: there are no neighbours, except for the owners' 3 little goats and their horses! Charming neighborhood.... 1 km from the port of Perros-Guirec with all its shops, 200 m from the GR34 hiking trail, 2 km from the beach of Pen an Hent Nevez. There's a wide range of activities in the area (beaches, water sports, cultural activities, golf, casino), everything you need for an unforgettable vacation!
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: fitted/equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with large bay windows allowing you to enjoy the sea view from all rooms, 1 small laundry room, 1 shower room with toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160x200 bed and 2 x 80x200 beds that can be twinned to form a 160x200, another shower room with WC. A private south-facing terrace of 40 m² on the courtyard side and another private wooden terrace of 32 m² overlooking an enclosed lawn area with a magnificent view of the sea and the Port of Perros-Guirec. The 125 m² courtyard shared by the 2 gîtes provides parking space for 2 cars. Hotel-style amenities.

Es war großartig dort zu wohnen!!
Der herzliche Empfang von Bertram, der in 30 Minuten die Welt der Cote de Granit Rose erklärt, ist der Beginn einer stressfreien Zeit. Das Haus und der Garten waren in einem Topzustand. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und das Wohlgefühl angekommen zu sein, ist bereits nach wenigen Minuten vorhanden.
Die Lage ist großartig. Auch zu Fuss ist man zeitnah beim Bäcker oder im Hafen (Crepe, Galette, Meeresgetier, Cidre etc.).
Jeder Zeit wieder. Von dort aus läßt sich der Norden Frankreichs bestens erkunden.- Cleanliness

Elodie & Boris Idéal pour une famille, avec vue exceptionnelle !
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine au gîte L'Ecrin de Granit !
Bertrand est un hôte très accueillant, sympathique et attentif. Il connaît très bien Perros-Guirec et a plaisir à partager ses conseils de visite et ses bonnes adresses.
Le gîte est situé à proximité immédiate du port et des commerces (4 minutes en voiture d'Intermarché, 10-15 minutes à pied des commerces du port de Perros-Guirec).
L'intérieur est très fonctionnel, bien équipé, décoré avec une élégante simplicité et confortable. Il est idéal pour une famille avec enfants.
L'extérieur offre un jardin clôturé (parfait pour laisser jouer les petits) et une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et le port de Perros-Guirec !
