We immediately fell in love with this typical country house, which has been beautifully renovated - from floor to roof - with a new extension and a south-facing terrace in the middle of which sits the swimming pool. Decorative touches and furnishings from gallery owners and antique dealers, a heated veranda area to the north with a full sea view, all set amidst market garden fields. A successful contrast between the sophisticated south side and the wild north side. It's the perfect little Breton rental for a vacation at any time of year! The very authentic village of Pleubian is just 1.5 km away, with all its little shops. The many beaches on either side of the rental will delight you. Why not go for a walk along the GR34 coastal path, 600 m away... or head for the famous Sillon de Talbert via the Sémaphore de Crec'h Maout and its splendid view. If you want to get away from this wild peninsula, you're 13 km from Tréguier and 18 km from Paimpol, two towns worth discovering!
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor :

Outside, south-facing: large terrace with relaxation area, garden furniture and plancha, heated dome-covered swimming pool (7x3.25 m, 1.4 m deep), gravel parking area with access to a Green Up electric socket for vehicles (€50/week if electric vehicle. €20/week if hybrid vehicle to be paid locally).
North side: 650 m² long plot facing the Sea, currently being finished, garden furniture, barbecue.

Sceptical Delightful cottage with wonderful views
A wonderful place to stay. The views out to the ocean, particularly at night with the sun setting, were magical.
The cottage is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and it was very peaceful. It was a good place for our dog as there were places to walk close by.
Contact with the hosts and their representatives was very good.
The swimming pool was very welcome given the extreme heat we experienced.
The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, but the hosts were very accommodating and organised a couple of fans to help us sleep during the sweltering nights.

Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire. Cette année de canicule a mis à mal notre croyance dans la capacité de notre petit coin du Trégor à éviter les grosses chaleurs. Cette foi en notre climat bienveillant nous a conduit à des choix architecturaux d'ouverture vers la lumière. Cette côte reste très fraiche en été mais elle est rattrapée par le changement climatique. Nous avons donc commencé à réfléchir aux solutions pour rafraichir la maison en été.

Timi und Familie Tolles Haus - toller Meerblick - super Pool
Ein zauberhaftes Haus, wunderschön eingerichtet, absolut perfekte Lage mit Blick auf das Meer, die Gezeiten und die Natur. Wir konnten tolle Sonnen-Untergänge und Wetterstimmungen geniessen. Auch das geheizte, grosse Aussen-Pool machte natürlich Freude. Das eingezäunte Grundstück war entspannend für uns und spannend für unseren Hund. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Quel gîte ! La vue est splendide, l'emplacement au calme, l'équipement et la propreté sont irréprochable, la piscine est chauffée en période froide. C'est la 2ieme fois que nous louons à cette adresse et nous en sommes toujours autant ravis.

Un gîte tout confort idéal pour quatre personnes.
Avec sa véranda ouvrant sur une vue mer magnifique et une chambre à l'étage offrant un spectacle à l'identique, avec sa piscine chauffée qui a tenu ses 29°C même en ce mois tempétueux de février, avec sa cuisine aménagée et parfaitement équipée et son salon-séjour agrémenté d'un poêle à granulés idéal pour réchauffer l'atmosphère le soir venu (même si le chauffage central est particulièrement performant par ailleurs), vous disposez ici d'un cocon douillet où tout, vraiment tout, est compris.
Cette maison de pêcheur a été mise en valeur de manière opportune et fort intelligente. On se l'approprie trop facilement, ce qui donne l'envie d'y revenir pour en profiter plus longuement ! C'est bien le seul point "négatif" de l'endroit.- Cleanliness

Ein schönes Haus für Sommer- und Winterurlaube.
Wir waren um Winter dort und haben den Ausblick auf das Wasser genossen vom Wintergarten aus.
Bei Sonne konnten wir die vordere Terrasse nutzen.
Wer ruhe sucht ist hier perfekt aufgehoben.
Auch die Vermieterin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich, was für unseren Urlaub perfekt war.- Cleanliness

Smifto A very lovely house in an attractive, rural area
This is a very smart, clean, comfortable house in a semi-rural area with fields of leeks and cabbages and farming all around. The view of the sea and the trees from the back conservatory is superb, with ever changing light and tides. A very well equipped house where we were very happy. The owners and the local contacts were very responsive and helpful. Some lovely small towns and villages nearby, and the coastal path always beckons. A nice walk via green lanes into Pleubian for the Saturday market. It all exceeded our expectations.
