This newly-renovated house is the perfect base for exploring the magnificent Côte des Ajoncs.
This comfortable, well-equipped gîte has retained the charm of old houses with their stone walls.
Situated in the countryside but close to the beach, it benefits from an excellent location. You'll enjoy a relaxing environment and the pleasures of the sea.
Like to swim? Go to Le Varlen beach (700 m) or Pors Hir beach (1 km).
Prefer hiking? Visit the Gouffre site 2 km away! A remarkable site, with the GR34 running along its shores. The waves breaking over the granite chaos are an incredible sight to behold.
During your stay, don't forget to make a detour to Treguier, a pretty town 9 km away. And don't forget Port Blanc, 12 km away, with its coastal landscape dotted with islets.
Other must-sees: the famous Pink Granite Coast and Paimpol (25 km) or Brehat Island (30 km).

Your vacation rental is organized on two levels.
- First floor: kitchen, dining area, living room with wood-burning stove (first flambé offered), bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed 160x200).

- Outside :
Parking for your car in a private courtyard (70 m²) shared with the guest house.

    Wunderbarer Urlaub

    Ich habe eine wunderbare Zeit erlebt. Teilweise saß ich nur da und habe der Stille zugehört. Keine Autos, keine sonstigen Geräusche, nur manchmal der Wind. Schöne Wanderungen möglich, entweder direkt vom Haus aus (Meer in ca. 10 min) oder mit dem Auto gestartet. Liegt abgeschieden -> Auto sehr sinnvoll. Schöne Wochenmärkte auch im Winter. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die mir abends auch mal einen warmen bretonischen Kuchen oder Galette brachte. Küche gut ausgestattet, Kaminfeuer brannte jeden Abend.
    Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist in Kermaria genau richtig.
    Ach ja, ein Negativ möchte ich geben, dass sich allerdings nicht auf die Unterkunft, sondern auf booking.com bezieht: erst war alles auf deutsch. Sobald ich aber unterzeichnet hatte, gab es nur noch französich, was ich zur Prüfung von Vertragsgrundlagen und Zahlungsmodi sehr happig fand.

    Refuge d'automne

    Un petit gîte fonctionnel, tout près de bord de mer dans une région que nous avons découvert en automne Une très belle expérience de confort et de bien-être au coin du feu Après de bonnes journées de randonnée dans une belle région, que nous viendrons découvrir plus en profondeur dans le futur.

    Un gîte plein de charme

    Une pépite au cœur du Tregor, calme et charmant, ce gîte est meublé avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien situé pour un départ de randonnées.
    Les propriétaires sont charmants.

    Superbe semaine

    Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans le gîte Kermaria.
    Ce petit écrin, cosy, confortable, bien équipé et bien décoré, nous permis de découvrir les magnifiques paysages marins à proximité.
    Merci à notre hôte pour son accueil et ses gourmandises.
