A 19th-century mansion full of charm, at the crossroads of the two absolutely marvellous coasts of Emeraude and Penthièvre! Come and enjoy a sweet interlude with Muriel and Luc!

Nestled on the Emerald and Penthièvre coasts, between Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy (Grand Site de France), Kerléon offers 5 guest rooms and a gîte in the former artist's studio attached to the house. The house, built of local pink sandstone, is bright and spacious, and surrounded by a one-hectare landscaped park (collection of rare plants, Luc's passion). A rest area has been specially laid out for guests: benches, deckchairs, a hammock and, for children, a trampoline and swing. Everything you need to unwind and channel your energies. There's also a shelter for your bike or motorcycle. A parking area is reserved for you. We've been awarded the Accueil Vélo label and La Vélomaritime is just 50 m away. The GR34 is just 1 km away, taking you to a simple but beautiful spot: Port Nieux and its Pointe du Muret, overlooking the Baie de la Fresnaye. It's also home to shellfish farmers, and you'll want to try their oysters!

5 Bed and breakfast rooms on the two floors of this residence, fitted out with all the comforts you could wish for, with a lot of research and bargain hunting to personalize them. All with private bath/shower and toilet. On the 1st floor: the Euonymus and Crataegus rooms, each with 1 bed 140x200, the Carpinus and Quercus rooms, each with 1 bed 180x200 (can be duplicated on request) and a bed 90x200. 2nd floor: The Salix suite, with a small landing leading to 1 bed (160x200), a large bathroom with shower, bath and double basin, and a separate toilet. At your disposal: courtesy tray (in the 3 largest bedrooms), a lounge on the ground floor with television, library and board games. Kitchenette in the basement (fridge, microwave). In the dining room, breakfasts are a feast for the taste buds: copious sweet and savoury buffets, including jams, spreads and a variety of pastries, all homemade! 2 nights minimum in July and August.
