The location of this gite speaks for itself, with the Goas Treiz beach right in front of you. Enjoy lunch or dinner face-to-face with the sea or the beach, depending on the tides, either on the terrace or inside the gite (large bay window in the kitchen). You'll witness the phenomenon of rising and falling tides and magnificent sunsets. This wild and authentic beach is a place to relax and enjoy windsurfing, kitesurfing, walking (GR34 in front of the gite), fishing at low tide and swimming. Located close to the D788, which takes you directly to the heart of the pink granite coast (Trégastel 8 km, Perros-Guirec 15 km and Pleumeur-Bodou 4 km). The owners, who live in the house next door, will be happy to guide you on your sightseeing tours.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: kitchen/living room and lounge, bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs: 2 small bedrooms with 1 double bed (160x200) and 1 single bed (140x190). 40 m² terrace, shared lawn area and private parking in front of the Holiday cottage. Fiber-optic Internet connection.

Gustav L'abri côtier.
Gîte "les pieds dans l'eau", orienté plein Sud, très bien équipé, confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur les marées.
Propriétaires attentionnés, discrets et généreux.
Situation parfaite pour parcourir le GR, aller à pied (10') chercher ses huîtres, coquilles Saint-Jacques ou autres crustacés, admirer le ballet des windsurfeurs, ou juste pour rester voir le soleil se coucher dans la baie.- Cleanliness

Georges Le confort à la plage
2 semaines très agréables en octobre 2024. Point de vue imprenable de chaque pièce sur la plage et la mer. Très belle petite maison parfaitement aménagée avec une grande terrasse. Plusieurs sites à visiter dans un rayon de quelques kilomètres. Propriétaire prévenant et attentif mais discret.

Elena e Stefano Vacanza meravigliosa tra cielo e mare
Abbiamo passato una vacanza magnifica nel settembre 2024. Il gite è molto confortevole, pulitissimo, curato in tutti i particolari.
Il suo indiscutibile punto di forza è costituito dalla posizione perfetta: vicino alle strade di comunicazione col resto della Regione e, nello stesso tempo, a ridosso del mare e della spiaggia che sono molto più vicini di quanto non appaiano nella foto.
Sylvie e Charles sono proprietari ideali: gentilissimi, accoglienti e (cosa importantissima abitando loro nella casa di fianco) discreti e rispettosi della privacy degli ospiti. Da rilevare poi, come fatto molto positivo, l'attenzione entusiasta che i proprietari dimostrano nei confronti dei prodotti del loro territorio.

SERVER Gite de qualité
Superbe accueil du propriétaire, voisin mais discret et disponible à la demande. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour ! Le gîte est très bien équipé, propre, confortable. la literie est parfaite. On peut contempler le va et vient des marée. L'emplacement vue sur mer et magnifique.
