In a green, serene setting on the edge of a wood, this 19th-century granite house is part of a group of buildings close to a farm (suckling cows). The gite is 150 m from the GR34 hiking trail. 2.5 km from the sea, 5 km from Lannion and 15 km from the Côte de Granit Rose. You'll be welcomed with a bowl of cider and Breton delicacies.
First floor: kitchen, living room with sitting area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190, 1 single bed 90x190), bathroom with shower, wc. First floor: landing with reading area, 2 bedrooms (3 beds 90x190, 1 bed 140x190, 1 canvas crib), bathroom with bath and toilet. Terrace, 200m² courtyard and 400m² grounds opening onto a meadow and orchard. Possibility of equipment storage in a barn that can accommodate kayaks and bicycles. Ping-pong table on site.

Endroit calme et avec de l'espace
5/5Très bon séjour endroit calme, proche de Lannion et des plages. Proche du GR34 juste dommage que certain accès était fermé suite à la dernière tempête.

Excellent séjour dans ce gîte
5/5Nous avons séjourné 4 jours au gite de Kerdroniou, où nous avons eu très bon accueil, avec en prime des gourmandises locales.Gite très bien équipé et au calme, avec balançoire et table de ping-pong.Idéalement situé, nous avons pu profiter de la proximité des commerces, de ballades sur le sentier des douaniers, nous régaler dans les restaurants de bord de mer, jouer modérément au Casino de Perros-Guirec,.....nous recommandons ce gîte!

Excellent gîte
5/5Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour entre amis dans ce gîte. Situé au calme, proche de la côte de granit rose. Le gîte est grand, très bien agencé, avec de nombreux équipements mis à disposition, notamment dans la cuisine. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le petit + du gîte : l'accès aux pommiers situés à l'arrière de la maison, avec la cueillette de pommes qui nous ont régalés ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
