The owner, of Chilean origin, with her charming accent, will be delighted to welcome you. Plus points: the garden with a small Sea view, the basketball hoop and, above all, the little path leading to the Beach. The port of Perros-Guirec is 2.5 km away.

First floor: well-equipped kitchen, large living room with 2 dining areas, 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed) with en-suite shower room, WC. 1st floor: large landing with bookcase, 1 attic bedroom with magnificent garden views (1 x 2-person bed), 1 bedroom (2 x 1-person beds), 1 bedroom (1 x 2-person bed) and 1 bedroom (1 x 1-person bed), large bathroom (bath + shower + WC).
Outside: 2 terraces of over 50m² overlooking the garden with superb Weber barbecue, a real summer kitchen. NO OVERCAPACITY TOLERATED.

    Très bon emplacement au calme.

    Maison bien équipée, très lumineuse.
    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour
    Le quartier pavillonnaire est beau et très calme.
    Jardin superbe.
    Très bel accueil de la part de la propriétaire.

    Sentiers de rando et mer ä 300 mètres

    Boulangerie, épicerie, traiteur, fromager à 500 mètres
    Bon restaurant gastro a 800 metres

    10/15 minutes en voiture pour aller sur Ploumanach, ile de la Renote ou Port Blanc.

    Maison confortable et très bien située

    Fidèle à la description, maison bien pensée et joliment décorée avec impression d'être chez soi, rendant le séjour très agréable. La mer est à deux pas du gîte et la situation de Louannec permet de profiter pleinement des attraits du littoral. La propriétaire est tres chaleureuse et accueillante.

    belles vacances à louannec

    Maison très bien située, à 300 m d'une plage, avec des algues. Les plus belles plages (sable fin) sont à 1h de marche ou une dizaine de minutes en voiture. La boulangerie est toute proche. Maison agréable et lumineuse, très au calme.
    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de découverte de la région.

    séjour très agréable

    La propriétaire est très accueillante.
    Le cadre est magnifique, jardin 4*
    La maison est très fonctionnelle, nous étions 2 familles avec enfants et nous avions tous bien la place de faire nos activités.
    Très bonne situation géographique : au calme, commerces à proximité, nombreuses activités à faire à proximité notamment les balades sur la côte de granit rose.

    Une superbe maison de vacances

    Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison confortable et très proche de la mer.
    La propriétaire nous a accueilli de manière très sympathique et a eu à coeur de rendre notre séjour agréable.
    Je recommande vraiment cette jolie location, idéale avec un chien.

    Parfait

    nous avons été très bien accueillis par Angelica. le gite est très agréable et bien placé à proximité des commerces. Nous y retournons avec plaisir.
    NB : juste un détail, il manquait les tapis de bains pour les douches
