Between the Côte de Granit Rose and Ile de Bréhat, this south-facing stone farmhouse with private entrance welcomes you for weekly or short stays. Close to the pretty oyster-farming village of La Roche Jaune, you'll appreciate the café in the little port 1km away, the tranquility of the Jaudy estuary and, 300 m away, the GR34 for nature walks. Along the coast, you'll reach the Côte de Granit Rose to the west via the Ajoncs circuit, and to the east, the Sillon du Talbert (23 km) and Bréhat (25 km). Up the Jaudy, you can admire Tréguier (7 km), a small city of character with its superb cathedral and old houses.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: entrance hall leading to a large kitchen with dining area, a separate living room, a laundry room including a toilet with washbasin.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with private bathroom (shower and toilet) (1 bed 160x190) (2 beds 80x190).
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, each with private bathroom (shower and wc) (2 beds 90x190) and (1 bed 160x190).
Private entrance, private enclosed 300 m² south-facing courtyard with garden area featuring a wooden pergola since 2025.

Les Ardéchois Un grand gîte parfait !
Presque 1000 kilomètres pour rejoindre ce gîte, mais l'accueil et le sourire de la propriétaire à notre arrivée est le meilleur "défatigant" qui puisse exister ! C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons ce très grand gîte, parfaitement équipé et idéalement situé. Les propriétaires sont bien enracinés dans ce joli coin de Bretagne et savent donner les meilleurs conseils pour des vacances inoubliables ! (Les tables incontournables, les balades, les marchés locaux et même les légendes des lieux environnants...)
En prime, un pincement au coeur garanti au moment du départ...

Gîte très confortable , avec ses 4 chambres munies chacune d'une salle d'eau et WC !

Maison bretonnant traditionnelle chaleureuse, très bien équipée, et spacieuse. Environnement campagne agréable près de la mer. Hôte attentive et sympathique .

Après un début de séjour pluvieux le beau temps est revenu, mais le plus gros problème pour moi c'est le trou du c.. du monde.
Petits problèmes de climatisation, ne fonctionne pas.
