Breathtaking views of Costaeres castle and one of Trégastel - Tourony's most beautiful beaches! An ideal setting for your next vacation in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose: numerous activities on site or just a few meters away: swimming, hiking on the GR34 trail 20 m away, paddle & kayak at Quo Vadis beach 500 m away, cycling, tennis, skate park 700 m away... unless you prefer to enjoy the terraces! In Trégastel, you can stroll around the Monday market, one of the biggest in the département in summer, swim in the Forum de la Mer (a 30°-heated seawater complex), and enjoy the breathtaking scenery along the customs path on the GR34. The resort of Perros Guirec is 4 km away (with its beaches, port, casino and thalasso), Ploumanac'h with its famous lighthouse is 3 km away, and Lannion is 13 km away - a city of art and history.
Your vacation rental includes on the second floor: a living room - lounge - kitchen (well-appointed) crossing on one side sea view and on the other side courtyard view, access to 2 terraces: sea view of 12 m2 and courtyard side of 10 m2 with garden furniture. Night space with 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom (2 beds 80x200), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), shower room, wc with washbasin. Ground floor: entrance with storage space, garage (cannot accommodate vehicles - only bikes, motorcycles, etc.) with laundry room. Parking in front of the house. Adjoining building with other seasonal rentals.

Reiseoldies Traumlage an der Granitküste
Bei ungewohnt kühlen Temperaturen haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Probleme. ( Anstellen der Heizung ) wurden durch die immer zu erreichenden Eigentümer sofort behoben. Selbst wenn wir die beiden Terrassen wegen des Wetters nur selten nutzen konnten , so ist der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer einfach umwerfend.
Mit unseren Bikes, die sicher in der großen Garage standen , haben wir die umliegenden Highlights gut erreichen können.
Ein Hinweis: das Badezimmer ist sehr klein , so dass es beim Duschen im Raum nass wird.Vielen Dank an die Vermieter für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

BuLi Einfach nur schön
Die Lage ist fantastisch mit dem Blick auf die Bucht und das Schloss. Das Wechselspiel von Ebbe und Flut ist so nah erlebbar. Rauhe Felslandschaft und blaue Badelandschaft wechseln sich genauso ab wie das damit verbundene Treiben. Wir haben es genossen, unsere Ausflüge von dort zu starten, auch per Fuß oder mit den vor Ort leihbaren Stand-Up-Paddels auf's Wasser. Die Wohnung ist sauber, bequem und perfekt ausgestattet - wir haben nichts vermisst. Es gibt diese wunderbaren riesigen Fenster mit zwei Balkonen, einem direkt zum Meer. Im Umkehrschluss kann es im Sommer auch etwas warm werden, uns hat das nicht gestört. Das Bad ist klein, aber ausreichend. Dafür gibt es im Schlaf- und Wohnbereich mehr als genug Platz. Dazu eine wunderbare Vermieterin, die sehr herzlich ist, an alles denkt und auch in der Woche immer hilft, sowohl für die aktuellen Gäste als auch die danach. Vielen Dank!
