Independent, well-appointed gîte with pleasant garden, located in a small housing estate in a cul-de-sac, overlooking Plestin les Grèves with a beautiful view of the Pointe de Locquirec. The beach at St Efflam, 2 km away, is one of the largest in the département. The space cleared at low tide is impressive, making it one of the only beaches dedicated to sand yachting and kite flying. Just 3 km away is the nautical center, where you can enjoy a wide range of water sports. It's also a great place to swim or just relax. 25 km away, you can visit the famous Côte de Granit Rose at Perros-Guirec, Lannion at 15 km and to the west, Morlaix at 15 km and Locquirec at 5 km. The gîte's local representatives offer a range of options, subject to prior booking: paddle and bike hire, grocery delivery (Drive) and tidying up for your arrival, cleaning during your stay, baby-sitting and firewood for the stove (€8 per net).
