And its little extra? the living room table that converts into a pool table: a great way to liven up your evenings. The well-sheltered courtyard at the front of the house is a great place to take a break after a hike in the surrounding area. Joggers and walkers will be delighted: the GR34 is 1 km away, the sea 800 m. The 1st beaches are 4 km away. The pier for Ile de Bréhat is just 2.5 km away: you can even walk there; allow 25 minutes. And there you'll discover the magnificent Ile aux Fleurs, France's 1st listed natural site... You won't want to miss a trip to Paimpol, a pretty and lively year-round marina 6 km away, and Tréguier 19 km.
