In the peaceful little hamlet of La Croix Boulard, a stone house completely renovated in 2012, located near another gîte and the owners' home: everything has been designed and fitted out for your utmost comfort, with an emphasis on trendy, harmonious decor. 2 km from St-Alban, a pretty village with a rural heritage and a green resort. 5 km from the picturesque Port de Dahouët and the seaside resort of Pléneuf Val andré. 12 km from Erquy, 1st Breton fishing port for scallops.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: very spacious living room with wood-burning stove, fitted kitchen in a veranda with dining area, bathroom (shower and bath), separate toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom with toilet and washbasin, 1 bed 140x190 and one bedroom (2 beds 90x200), 2 cribs and a stroller. Private tumble-dryer. Porch. Bag of wood at €20. Small reading corner for children at the bottom of the garden.

Accueil sympathique, gîte confortable, proche de plusieurs centres d'intérêt. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré la météo..et encore.. pas aussi catastrophique que prevu, car nous avons eu de belles éclaircies. Les chiens sont bienvenus et c est appréciable. Merci.
