Located in the courtyard of the Manoir de la Ville Daniel, a 15th-century manor house listed as a historic monument, this gîte welcomes you in an atypical, traditional setting. The owners have furnished and decorated the gîte in keeping with the architecture of the site, preserving the atmosphere and nature of the building. Close to Quintin, a small town full of character and entertainment, you'll discover an ideal place for a family holiday. Saint Brieuc is only 10km away, and the beaches of the bay are only 20km. Numerous hikes are possible nearby, including the Gouët chaos, one of the most fascinating and mysterious.
Your vacation rental, in an annex of the owners' manor house, comprises on 2 levels:
First floor:
A fully equipped kitchen (pod coffee maker), a living room, a shower room with WC.
First floor:
A large bedroom with a 160X200cm bed, a second bedroom with three 90x190cm beds, a bathroom with WC.
The Holiday cottage is equipped with fiber.
Outside:
Large courtyard shared with the owners for parking your vehicle. Gravelled courtyard, terrace with pergola and large plot shared with the owners with lawn and Kids' play area to the rear.

A beautiful holiday accommodation in a wonderful setting. It was very rural so we did not go far afield in the evenings. We had use of the courtyard which was ideal for early evening sun.

Diese Gites hat unsere Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern weit übertroffen :-)
- sehr schönes grosses Haus mit toller Einrichtung.
- auf einem großen Grundstück, fast schon ein Park.
- absolut ruhig
- viel Natur
- ein toller Garten wo die Kinder spielen können
- viel Sonne und tolles Licht
- eine Terrasse, mit Wein umrankt
Kurz: wir waren wirklich begeistert!Von der Gites erreicht man mit wenig Fahrzeit viele schöne Strände und Städte, kann direkt loswandern oder um den See joggen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen.
Wenn man abends zurück kommt, freut man sich auf einen schönen Abend auf dem weinumrankten Sitzplatz vor dem Haus und geniesst den Anblick des wunderschönen Hofes als Abschluss eines schönen Tages.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert und freut sich auf einen Plausch bei einem Glas Wein. Und "Tigeresse" freut sich über eine Schale Milch und Streicheleinheiten :-)
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir waren traurig, dass wir nur zwei Wochen bleiben konnten.

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par la propriétaire Florence, qui nous a fait visité le gîte, celui-ci est très spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de charme. Ce manoir est un havre de paix dans un cadre naturel magnifiquement entretenu par Florence. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Le vacancier Un ancien manoir modernisé.
Parfait avec des enfants et avec beaucoup de soleil.
Dommage qu'il y a un poêle dans la cheminée.
