Your vacation rental includes on one level: living room extending with fitted kitchen, small bathroom accessible by going down a step (shower and vanity unit), 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed - flat screen TV), separate wc . Private and closed terrace of 35 m² with garden furniture. Large landscaped common courtyard, bicycle rental, covered and heated swimming pool of 12 mx4 m with solarium, free indoor sauna. Pool opening: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from November to April, every day during school holidays. From Wednesday to Saturday except school holidays.
9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily from April 1, 2023 to November 5, 2023.
From December 4 to 16, 2022 and from January 2 to February 11, 2023: the swimming pool and the restaurant will be closed. On a former farm, beautiful farmhouse with several gites including Hortensia, newly renovated at the end of the farmhouse. Its interior layout will seduce you with its rural atmosphere: sober and relaxing. You will have a private terrace facing south and well sheltered, very pleasant, but if you prefer conviviality, on the property, you will have access to common areas, very pleasant relaxation areas. But the most of this property is its covered and heated swimming pool in all seasons: total relaxation! 3.6 km from the center of Yffiniac, all shops, 9.5 km from the beaches of Hillion, 1.1 from the Yffiniac racecourse, 12 km from Saint-Brieuc, 21 km from the beautiful seaside resort of Val André.
