Small detached house on the road to Pointe de Guilben. Ideal location for this small gîte, 500 from the sea and 1 km from the center and all amenities. Numerous hiking and mountain-biking trails from the gîte: GR 34, Pointe de Guilben, Beauport Abbey. Pier for Ile de Bréhat 5 km away.
Your vacation rental includes: kitchen-dining area and lounge area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom with shower, separate WC. Baby bed and chair. Small garden to front, 5 steps up to gite. Another small garden (20 m²) to the rear and a wooden terrace. Free private parking on the street.

nv duch vacances parfaites
le gite est très bien situé, au calme avec un coin jardin agréable. on peut aller à pied au port et centre ville de Paimpol, le GR 34 est à proximité. aux alentours il y a tant de lieux à découvrir( abbaye de Beauport, Pontrieux, les balades magnifiques sur le sentier cotier, Tréguier, ile de Bréhat, le sillon de Talbert......
une petite remarque au sujet du pommeau de douche , le jet est trop fort.
si nous revenons sur paimpol ce sera dans ce gite.- Cleanliness

gillou gite promenade du bord de mer
C'est la deuxieme fois qu'on louent ce gite car il est parfait pour un couple avec des chiens.Situé sur le pointe de guilben il y as le gr 34 qui passe devant et derrière , la mer a 100 m et l'abbaye de Beauport et son parc a 45mn a pied par un chemin

idéal pour couple, jardin clos très bien et idéal pour animaux, terrasse bois bien pour manger dehors, proximité de paimpol pour y aller a pied d'un bon coup de marche.(20')

Cathy Excellente situation
Une petite maison où tout le nécessaire est présent , très bien située, Paimpol à pied, le sentier côtier à 200m. Un jardin clos idéal pour notre petit chien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil.
