Come and stay in this comfortable, tastefully furnished apartment, adjoining the owners' house and located above their garage, where everyone's privacy will be preserved. Here, the famous Côte de Granit Rose awaits you. This region, rich in activities, will delight you: beaches, sailing, diving, horse-riding, golf or a visit to the Pleumeur Bodou planetarium, the cité des télécom, the Gallic village etc... The famous seaside resort of Perros Guirec is just 5 km away, where you can set sail to discover the 7 Islands nature reserve. And don't forget to visit Ploumanac'h (10 km away), named France's most beautiful village in 2015. If you're keen on walking, hiking or enjoying magnificent views, you'll love the nearby GR34.
Your vacation apartment comprises on the raised first floor: fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room. One bedroom with double bed (160X200), bathroom with shower and toilet. Attractive 16 m² wooden terrace and small 40 m² garden (accessible by a few steps).

C & C au calme, près des lieux à voir
Un accueil sympathique, un logement confortable dans un calme total. Un bon équipement, une bonne literie. Le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de l'agréable terrasse. Bonne situation pour rayonner dans la région (Tregastel, Ploumanac'h, Perros Guirec, Lannion, Tréguier, etc.). Voiture indispensable.

Accueil bien sympathique. Gîte très confortable situé au calme avec une terrasse bien agréable. Perros Guirec à 5 minutes. La région est superbe et la côte magnifique.

Tres belle accueil du propriétaire il nous a donné plein de conseil pour visiter, une maison propre avec une bonne literies, un tres bon emplacement 5 minutes du port de perros guirec, parfait pour visiter les alentours (ile de brehat, tregastel etc).

Jérôme Excellent séjour et très beau gite !
Excellent séjour dans une magnifique région. Le gîte était super, il a été rénové en partie l'hiver dernier par le propriétaire. Il était donc plus beau que sur les photos ! Excellent accueil. Si nous revenons dans cette région (ce sera le cas...) nous saurons où louer...
