In the small hamlet of Laniscat, this carefully restored, self-contained local schist vacation rental offers good comfort. Close to gite 410614, but not overlooked. Take a trip to Bon Repos Abbey, which offers a magnificent son et lumière show in summer and sumptuous Christmas decorations in winter. Pack a picnic lunch and take a two-hour day trip to the Coat Fur wolf sanctuary (open from April). Finish off with a visit to Forges des Salles, a restored village just a few km from Lac de Guerlédan (open from May).
- Ground floor: spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, relaxation area with wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190), 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
- First floor: Mezzanine with office (telecommuting), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190)
- Accessible from outside: an additional emergency shower room with shower and toilet. Private enclosed grounds of 1000 m² with boule alley to rear, children's play area shared with other gîte (410614). Attached motorcycle shed(s).

Marion Gute Ausstattung, schöne Location
Schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit super Ausstattung in der Küche und an Geräten. Auch im Großen und Ganzen recht sauber. Warum ich trotzdem vei Sauberkeit nur 4 statt 5 Punkten gab, lag an den Details wie der Waschmaschine, die nicht richtig sauber war, Flecken von tot geschlagenen Fliegen an den Tapeten oder dem Backofen (Backofen ist für mich der ultimative Sauberkeitsindikator. An dem sieht man immer, ob wirklich auch in den "versteckten Ecken" sauber ist).
Sehr nette Vermieterin. Tolle, ruhige, ländliche Lage im Herzen der Bretagne und nahe an der zentralen zweispurigen Bundesstraße. Von hier aus konnten wir super alle Himmelsrichtungen der Bretagne erkunden.
Schade, dass das 2. Badezimmer nicht in der Wohnung liegt. Das würde das Haus noch viel mehr aufwerten.
Die Bauernhöfe in der Nähe brachten leider auch eine große Anzahl an Fliegen mit sich (nicht Stechmücken, sondern normale Fliegen). Wir haben den Besitzern nahe gelegt, Fliegengitter ein bauen zu lassen und an den Einganstüren Perlenvorhänge anzubringen, da bei jedem Öffnen eine Handvoll Fliegen mit rein kam. Das war aber wirklich der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen.
Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich empfehlenswert.- Cleanliness

Maison pleine de charme, propre et agréable, nous avons passé de très bon moment entre amis. Je suis désolé de n'avoir communiqué avec les propriétaires que par téléphone ceux-ci étant en vacances a la même période, mais très disponible, je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de ce gîte calme et reposant. Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous avons pu visiter de jolis coins de la Bretagne (côte d'Armor).
Laurence est une hôte très agréable qui a su répondre à nos besoins. Le gîte est très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Je vous recommande la boutique de sa belle-sœur au sein du centre Intermarché à Rostrenen qui a également été de conseils pour nous trouver de jolis coins à visiter. On a passé un très bon séjour. On s est senti comme a la maison. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, agréable et très accueillants . Nous avons eu droit a du cidre très très bon. Merci beaucoup pour ces vacances.
