Bright, pleasant and well-appointed, this town gîte is in name only. Emilie and Thibault have given it a new look to welcome you to the southern capital of the Trégor region, in an eco-responsible way. Located in Brélèvenez, the northern district of Lannion, this gîte is a short walk from this historic town, the southern gateway to the Pink Granite Coast, which elegantly combines tradition and modernity. The town's mansions, manor houses, former convent and cloister are all part of a subtle architectural palette, while its technology park brings a wind of innovation and energy to life in the town. Just 1km away, the majestic Brélévenez church towers 140 steps above the town, offering a breathtaking view. Within a 13km radius, you can easily escape to coastal gems such as Trégastel and Perros Guirec, as well as lesser-known spots such as the mouth of the Léguer and the Yaudet district of Ploulec'h.

Your vacation rental includes :

- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet and washing machine.

This long, south-east-facing cottage is located behind the owners' house, at the end of their enclosed, not overlooked grounds.
You'll have your own 60 m² lawn garden with flower beds and a small 4 m² paved area.
On-site parking at the gable end of the house or on the street.
The owners will share their ecological awareness with you: compost bin in the garden, sorting bins in the Holiday cottage, garden produce, antique and salvaged furniture, etc.
Available in the Holiday cottage: filter and pod coffee maker + small freezer compartment in the fridge.
