The Gîtes de France Côtes d'Armor present "Le gîte du Costy", a beautiful, fully renovated longère, with all the original stonework, beams and ceiling heights. Situated in the countryside, just 400 m from the market town of Le Vieux Marché, you'll enjoy going to the local market every Saturday morning, where you'll find around 20 stalls selling seasonal produce from local farmers. For hikers, the "Chemin des Améthystes" is just 500 m away, and takes you on a tour of two valleys: The Léguer and its tributary the St-Ethurien. The large beach of St Michel en Grève is just 16 km away, a long sandy beach with children's play areas. The beach is impressive, making it a popular meeting place for kites and sand yachts, and there's a well-equipped nautical center just 200 m away. Lannion is 15 km away, Guingamp 30 km and Morlaix 36 km.

The gîte is heated by an automatic wood-fired boiler. 600 m² courtyard, 2000 m² lawn and 90 m² south-facing terrace. The first floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
