On the route de la Corniche, in a residence overlooking Trestrignel beach, a pleasant, comfortable apartment that you'll appreciate for its location: facing the sea, but also close to everything: shops, entertainment, beaches, casino, thalasso, port, GR34, ... Perros Guirec, the famous North Brittany resort, needs no introduction. Offshore: Tomé Island turns its highest point landward, towering 64 meters above sea level, before the ridge drops away in undulations that give it the appearance of a mountain range. In the northern part of the island, the ruins of an old farmhouse can be seen, bearing witness to the island's occupation until the interwar period. The island became the property of the Conservatoire du Littoral in 1997. A must-do during your stay: a trip by speedboat to discover the Réserve des Septs îles and, of course, walks in Ploumanac'h, recently crowned "France's favourite village".

Your fully-renovated apartment, located on the raised ground floor of a residence, comprises: living room with fitted kitchen, small bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (shower, basin) with toilet. Small storage room. Veranda of 4 m² with garden furniture and a small private outdoor space of 5 m² with sea view. Private parking for the residence. Shared bike room. No arrivals on Tuesdays. Reduced apartment size, not suitable for an extra baby.
