Hikers will love the walks along the Pointe du Roselier, with its magnificent panoramic views over the Bay of St-Brieuc to St-Quay-Portrieux. 10 km from Binic, a pretty, lively marina all year round.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room with fitted kitchen, shower room and toilet. Upstairs: landing with TV, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) and (2 single beds), bathroom (bath) with toilet. One pet allowed. 15 m² terrace and 400 m² private garden. Parking alongside the property or in public parking lot. Wood: €5 per basket.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce gîte ! L'accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné, et les propriétaires ont été disponibles tout en restant discrets. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, propre, et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est confortable, et les espaces extérieurs sont idéaux pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. L'emplacement est parfait pour explorer la région et profiter des activités aux alentours. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons passé un super séjour, le propriétaire est très accueillant et arrangeant. Idéalement placé pour profiter de la baie de Saint-Brieuc et de la plage des Rosaires notamment. Le poêle à bois est un vrai plus pour les soirées un peu fraîches. Un grand merci !

Propriétaire très gentils et un accueil très sympa avec des petites douceurs. Charmante maison très bien équipée avec tout le confort, notre chienne c'est bien amusé et le jardin est bien clos. Jolie région et beaucoup de belle balade sur le GR 34. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, super.

Chris of Norwood Charming and Convenient!
This is a well-equipped and attractive house with a beautiful garden. The area is very tranquil, and extremely well-located to enjoy this part of Brittany. We particularly enjoyed sitting out in the pretty garden listening to skylarks and chiffchaffs!
Plerin village centre is a short (10-15 minute) walk, and has shops, bakery - and a wonderful Sunday market. La Legue - with excellent bars, restaurants and the yacht harbour is not much further down the hill - though a steep walk back.
The owners were helpful and charming.
