Local tourist tax payable directly to the owner. This gite, which was totally-renovated in 2013, is in a quiet residential district. It is in an excellent location, 1km from a shopping centre, 2km from the pretty Le Légué harbour and 5km from the lovely beaches of Les Rosaires and Martin Plage. Walkers can enjoy the footpaths around the Pointe du Roselier with magnificent panoramic views of the Bay of St Brieuc as far as St-Quay-Portrieux. The attractive bustling port of Binic with its marina is 10km away.

Gîte beau et confortable
5/5Un gîte très confortable, très bien agencé, et à la décoration soignée. Environnement très calme, pas un bruit! Le tout pour un prix très raisonnable sur Plérin.
Ajoutez à cela un propriétaire chaleureux, disponible et professionnel.
