Vacation home located just 600 meters from Paimpol town center. The owners have given priority to careful, harmonious decoration, so that you can fully enjoy your stay.
The Poulafret leisure center and beach, just 750 m away, offer the perfect setting for water sports activities. For culture and heritage lovers, Beauport Abbey is just 1.7 km away. You'll also find the pier for the island of Bréhat 7.5 km away, and the pretty Cité de Caractère of Tréguier 16 km away.
Close to the Pays de Goëlo shopping area, this location offers convenient access to a variety of shops. A supermarket is just 400 m away, perfect for your daily shopping. You can also take advantage of other nearby stores, such as clothing stores, shoe shops and fast-food outlets. The garden adjoins the rear of the Darty store, separated by a wall and hedges.
Your self-contained vacation rental has two levels:
Ground floor:
Kitchen/living room opening onto a lounge with its pretty decorative fireplace,
A bathroom with shower,
Separate toilet with washbasin,
A laundry room.
First floor:
A bedroom with 2 90x200 beds,
A study area,
Another bedroom with 1 bed 160x200,

A 200 m approval garden, enclosed with gate,
A 30 m² courtyard for two vehicles, with an open shed and a small secure garage for storing bicycles, baby carriages, etc.
A wooden terrace.
This Holiday cottage can only be rented by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.

CJYG Excellent Gite
Excellent gite, très bien situé, très propre et décoré avec gout, proche du port et centre commercial ce qui permet de tout faire à pied et laisser la voiture, et malgré tout, très calme comme à la campagne.
Accueil très chaleureux de Mme Gillot, avec de bons conseils et encore merci pour vos cadeaux de bienvenue excellents et pour votre magnifique bouquet de fleurs.

Montrachet As friendly as they come
The tone was set for our stay when the owner of the gite 'phoned me in the UK several weeks in advance of our stay to discuss options for our arrival; we've stayed in 100+ gites in our forty odd years of travelling to France and this was both unusual and very welcome. As was the flexibility of arrival time. The warmth of the greeting was repeated when we met the owner on our arrival. She instantly made us feel as if we had chosen the right accommodation and this impression was repeated as we saw round the gite and appreciated the quality of the furnishings and how much had been purchased specifically for guests, as opposed to passed on from raids on second-hand shops. The tv, for example, is the best we've had in all those 100+ gites and provide plenty of access to UK channels and sites such as Amazon Prime, Netflix and YouTube. Upstairs was perhaps less well equipped than downstairs, with a paucity of clothes hangers and a shower that was less good than some we've enjoyed but still perfectly adequate. Kitchen eqipment was good and enabled up to prepare full meals. Parking is very secure, behind a lockable steel gate. Access, be warned, requires you to ignore your sat nav, which will take you down a one way street. It's easy though when you know how! Neighbours were very friendly. Access to the town (a lovely port with good bars and restaurants and shops of all descriptions plus good walking) is simple: a fifteen minute walk. The local Carrefour hypermsrket is five minutes walk.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which passed far too quickly and we will almost certainly return. Oh, one final comment: take a good handbag for the large bunch of keys!

Un séjour en famille très agréable. Une maison très propre avec équipement au top . Maison située près des commerces et du port tout en étant au calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, à l'écoute de leurs locataires et donnent de bons conseils pour découvrir la région.
Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour à Enez Roch.
