Your vacation rental is organized on two levels.

First floor:
living room (fireplace: 1st wood fire offered) with kitchenette, 1 bedroom with relaxation area (1 bed 140x190) from which you access a mezzanine bedroom (1 bed 140x190) and the shower room (shower and wc).

First floor:
1 very large attic bedroom with beautiful exposed beams (2 twin beds 90x190) with relaxation area and en-suite shower room (shower, wc).

Exterior:
Private 200 m² rear garden, shared courtyard in front. Table tennis, table soccer shared with owners, loan of 5 mountain bikes and helmets). Parking alongside the property. Telecommuting space in a bedroom with office.

    Je recommande

    Le gîte est conforme à la description, les propriétaires sont très gentils, à votre écoute et très serviable.
    Seul petit bémol pour nous, il faudrait plus d’opacité dans la chambre du bas pour dormir.
    Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable

    Gîte fantastique!

    Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce gîte du 27 avril au 4 mai 2026 !

    Le gîte est très spacieux et d'une propreté impeccable.

    Entièrement équipé.

    Grand et charmant jardin. Un vrai bonheur pour notre chien Bram!

    Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

    Bobital est un excellent point de départ pour découvrir les sites touristiques de la région, tels que Saint-Malo, Dinant, Rennes, le Cap Fréhel et le Cap d'Erquy.

    Il y a une boulangerie à Bobital (à 600 mètres) et deux grands supermarchés à Quevert, à environ 5 minutes en voiture.

    Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte !

    La fête

    Très bonne location et propriétaire accueillant. Un plus pour cette location, c'est la fourniture des draps. Si le temps est froid on peut faire une flambée dans la cheminée. Il y a un bon boulanger dans le village. Un super marché et une station pour le carburant à Kévert. St Malo, Dinan, Mont st' Michel pas loin.....de quoi passer un bon séjour.
