What a pleasure to stay in such a green setting, yet only 11 km from the coast! And what a setting! This charming stone house, situated at the entrance to a 12th-century fortified enclosure, offers you a complete change of scenery in a peaceful setting... If you wish, the owner can even tell you all about the history of this place. And there's no shortage of things to do! Fancy a breath of fresh air? Discover the Emerald Coast! The beaches of St Jacut de la mer, St Cast Le Guildo and Lancieux are just waiting for you .... And don't forget the chic resort of Dinard with its Belle Epoque villas (33 km) or the corsair town of St Malo (40 km). A must during your stay is a visit to the medieval town of Dinan (12 km). Take a trip back in time through its picturesque streets, ramparts and castle. From there, take the opportunity to discover the Rance valley, with its locks, villages and typical ports.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor (two steps): kitchen, living room with fireplace, bedroom (2 single beds 80x200 which can be made into one bed 160x200), bathroom with shower and toilet, laundry room. First floor: bedroom (1 x 180 x200 double bed, convertible into 2 x 90x200 single beds), bathroom with shower and toilet. Private 90 m² courtyard (work in progress). Adjoining gîte 22G520321, located on a property which also includes gîte 22G520316 and the owner's home.

We felt welcome from the first minute of our stay in this newly renovated gite. The house is clean and fresh. The beds were new and comfortable, the kitchen well equiped. The host explained everything we needed to know. The historic surroundings of the ruins of chateau de Montafilan gave our stay an extra dimension. Lot of possibilities to walk in the neighbourhood of the chateau and the gite. Special thanks to our host!

Mieux que les photos!!!
Maison en pierres dans la foret, exposée ouest.
Rénovation intérieure bois clair reussie,les chambres sont immenses, dans celle du bas une commode mirroir magnifique et un coin penderie existent mais ne sont pas sur les photos.
Tranquillité absolue, le propriétaire super chaleureux mais très discret est à 300m.
Wifi impéccable.
Saint jacut de la mer et ses 11 plages à 15 mn.

Nous souhaitions une location typique de Bretagne et nous l'avons trouvé en la maison du gardien du château de Montafilan !La maison offre de belles prestations avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un beau séjour. Que dire du cadre ! En pleine nature arborée de part et d'autre et avec certains soirs le hululement d'une chouette ! Dépaysement total pour ceux qui aiment la nature et le calme ! Quant à l'hôte de ces lieux, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement, personne discrète, passionnée et disponible au besoin. Nous recommandons vivement !

Les normands Excellent séjour
Excellent accueil par un propriétaire très sympathique et à votre écoute, le gîte est charmant, rénové avec beaucoup de goût, dans un cadre bucolique. Il est très fonctionnel. C'était parfait.

FLu Sehr schönes Haus
Une maison très bien aménagée et équipée. Des sièges confortables. Très bon équipement sanitaire. L'hôte est très aimable, serviable et polyglotte. Il manque encore un bel espace extérieur (terrasse, etc.), mais cela doit encore voir le jour.

Nous remercions le propriétaire du gîte pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse.
Le logement a été réhabilité avec goût et avec des matériaux de choix, tout ceci dans un cadre calme et verdoyant à seulement 15 minutes de Dinan !!!
Nous avons pu visiter l'ensemble de la côte d'Emeraude.
