What a pleasure to stay in such a green setting, yet only 11 km from the coast! And what a setting! This charming stone house, situated at the entrance to a 12th-century fortified enclosure, offers you a complete change of scenery in a peaceful setting... If you wish, the owner can even tell you all about the history of this place. And there's no shortage of things to do! Fancy a breath of fresh air? Discover the Emerald Coast! The beaches of St Jacut de la mer, St Cast Le Guildo and Lancieux are just waiting for you .... And don't forget the chic resort of Dinard with its Belle Epoque villas (33 km) or the corsair town of St Malo (40 km). A must during your stay is a visit to the medieval town of Dinan (12 km). Take a trip back in time through its picturesque streets, ramparts and castle. From there, take the opportunity to discover the Rance valley, with its locks, villages and typical ports.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor (two steps): kitchen, living room with fireplace, bedroom (2 single beds 80x200 which can be made into one bed 160x200), bathroom with shower and toilet, laundry room. First floor: bedroom (1 x 180 x200 double bed, convertible into 2 x 90x200 single beds), bathroom with shower and toilet. Private 90 m² courtyard (work in progress). Adjoining gîte 22G520321, located on a property which also includes gîte 22G520316 and the owner's home.

Harry Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - Séjour très agréable
Situation très calme, propriétaire très agréable, bon équipement. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine. 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain, 2 WC, grand salon/salle à manger, beaucoup de vaisselle - tout est parfait. C'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons. Et la boulangerie du village fait de bons croissants et une bonne baguette.

Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr angenehmer Vermieter, gute Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts in der Küche. 3 Schlafräume, 2 Bäder, 2 WCs, großer Wohn-Essberwich, viel Geschirr - alles bestens. Gerne wieder. Und die Bäckerei im Ort macht gute Croissants und ein gutes Baguette.- Cleanliness

Les ch'tis Séjour au calme en famille
Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire chez Jean-Marc! Le cadre est bucolique, entouré de bois, vous êtes paisibles et au calme tout en étant à proximité de commodités et grandes villes pour aller visiter ou aller à la mer!
L'accueil est top, Jean-Marc est une personne formidable qui s'investit dans ses logements et aime conseiller sur les coins à découvrir! "Sportif dans l'âme!" ;)

Very comfortable house in a really quiet environment, according to the information on the website. The old Stone house has been transformed to a holliday house with great care and very thoughtful.
Everything you need and even more is present in the house. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, very fast wifi and a complete kitchen.In the village Corseul you will find a bakery, two bar tabacs, a small supermarket and two restaurants. And if you fancy: Jimmy Reds tattoo shop.
The owner is very friendly and helpful.

A H 86 En pleine nature !!
Aimant le calme et la nature nous avons été gâtés !! d'extérieur le logement paraissait petit mais une fois la porte ouverte waouh !!! chambres spacieuses, grandes salles d'eau et tout le confort côté cuisine.Proprietaire accueillant et arrangeant,je conseille un bon petit restaurant dans Corseul..je pense que nous y retournerons
