Completely renovated gîte, adjoining another gîte, located in a beautiful stone farmhouse close to the owners' manor house. This gîte is close to the town center, the port of Paimpol and Beauport Abbey. Sports activities (horse riding, swimming, tennis) 1 km away. Pier for Ile de Brehat 5 km away. GR 34 2km away.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: kitchen/living room, lounge, bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with 3 beds 90x190 and the other with 1 bed 160x200, separate toilet with washbasin. 750 m² shared courtyard and 500 m² shared garden.

Très bon séjour dans ce gîte bien équipé. Au calme dans un environnement campagnard tout en étant proche de la ville. Outre l'espace habitable, jolie terrasse aménagée, et parking clos. Propriétaire très cordiale de surcroit. Recommande sans hésiter ce logis.

Gite agréable parfaitement équipé. les terrasses extérieures sont aménagées et fonctionnelles , la cour est fermée par un portail et des jeux sont à disposition ( fléchettes, table de ping Pong).
L'environnement est très calme pour se reposer et sans bruit aucun.
