Wow! that's what it sounds like when you walk through the door. The little orchard-side gîte de Rulinen is part of an authentic hamlet on the Flax Route (hence the name). A former farmhouse over 2 centuries old, the owners have turned it into a pleasant place to relax and discover the surrounding countryside. In fact, the GR along the banks of the Trieux passes 500 m below. For two, lots of space and light, noble materials like the brown oak of the staircase, unique pieces of furniture designed by Raphaël and creations by contemporary designers. A stroll through the shared garden will be a delight. Nearby escapades and leisure activities for all: the banks of the Trieux to the north or south, Pontrieux, a small town full of character 5 km away (with its Monday market), Château et Jardins du Domaine de la Roche Jagu 10 km away, Paimpol and its coastline 19 km away.
Your vacation home comprises on the ground floor :
- a large living room with kitchen area (pellet stove).
- a half-step to the bathroom with shower, washbasin, washer/dryer combination, wc.
First floor:
- on mezzanine 1 bedroom 1 double bed 180x200.
On the east side: a 25 m² wooden terrace with a small garden is reserved for you, as is your parking space behind a fence with a Green Up electric vehicle socket.
Farther on, you'll find the owners' orchard and vegetable garden.
A 4,000 m² garden shared with the owners, where flower beds and relaxation areas vie with each other as invitations to stroll. Benches, hammocks, swings, a trampoline and a petanque area are sure to entertain you.

Nous sommes ébéniste et paysagiste installés depuis 2018 en Bretagne. J'ai eu la chance de travailler dans l'univers du design et de collecter au fur et à mesure de ma vie professionnelle d'avant de très belles pièces. Nous avons ainsi marié le nouveau avec l'ancien dans cette grande ferme du hameau du Rulinen où nous vivons, et l'avons restaurée à notre goût pour accueillir dans 2 gîtes différents des touristes qui ont envie de dépaysement dans un cadre contemporain. Louer cette ferme vieille de 200 ans nous permet d'entretenir cette propriété chargée d'histoire. Sam le chien y accompagne notre quotidien.

Gite très calme a la campagne a proximité de grandes villes comme Paimpol, Perros Guirec et des chemins de randonnées. Il est tout confort décoré avec gout .Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Je le recommanderais sans hésiter a des amis .Notre séjour a été très agréable.

Excellent séjour. Ainsi que dit à notre hôte, le problème si on le recommande c'est qu'on aura moins de place pour soi !

A beautiful,stylish property in a quiet rural location.
The interior of the cottage is furnished to a high standard. It is modern but sympathetically complements the traditional building.
The outside garden is a joy. Carefully planned to support the natural environment. Comfortable outside areas for relaxing.

Suisse Nature pure et tranquillité
Un accueil chaleureux. Des propriétaires super sympa. Une maison emménagée avec beaucoup de goût pour les détails. Un jardin de rêve que les propriétaires partagent avec les visiteurs. Sam le chien qui adore jouer. Un séjour de 2 semaines que nous avons passé à Saint-Clet, qui nous a aidé à nous échapper de la vie quotidienne et de se détendre. Un endroit que nous recommandons vraiment et où nous reviendrons sûrement.

Le gîte est superbe, décoré avec goût et d’une propreté parfaite. La pièce principale est très bien équipée et confortable. La chambre est reposante et incite au repos. Le parc accessible est apaisant, la nature est proche, la campagne verdoyante. Un écrin de tranquillité et de repos. Probablement un des plus beaux gîtes de la région.
