The Rulinen gîte is part of an authentic hamlet on the Flax Route (hence the name). A former farmhouse over 2 centuries old, the owners have turned it into a pleasant place to rest and discover the surrounding countryside. In fact, the GR along the banks of the Trieux passes 500 m below. The gîte exudes refinement and charm, no doubt due to the many unique pieces of furniture by Raphaël and creations by contemporary designers. Excursions and leisure activities for all nearby: the banks of the Trieux to the north or south, Pontrieux, a small town full of character 5 km away (with its Monday market), Château and Jardin de la Roche Jagu 8 km away, Paimpol and its coastline 19 km away.

Your vacation rental includes:
- Ground floor: large living room with kitchenette (pellet stove).
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with a 90X200 bed and a 140x190 or 180x200 bed in the largest), bathroom with bathtub, wc.
- South side: courtyard with a slate area reserved for you. This is also where you'll find a shared parking space with the owners.
- North: the terrace, also in slate, opens onto the 4,000 m² garden shared with the owners, where flower beds and relaxation areas compete with one another. Outdoor games, trampolines, hammocks, swings and a pétanque court will keep you entertained. There's something for everyone.

The Holiday cottage is adjoined by a storage room and the owners' house.
