This tastefully decorated, independent gîte was fully renovated in 2009, in an 18th-century barn. It's the ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries. You'll love its location: in the heart of nature, along the GR34 and 2 km from Perros Guirec, a beautiful seaside resort with beaches and a marina, making it a popular holiday destination. If you wish, the new owners will be delighted to show you around the superb 2.5-hectare garden.

Your vacation rental comprises ground floor: kitchenette, very pleasant living room with wood-burning stove. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom with shower and toilet. Private 500 m² garden and terrace available.

    Kleines Paradies an der Cote de Granit Rose

    Das Haus liegt traumhaft auf einem großen Grundstück, das umgeben ist von einem kleinen Wald und Feldern. Außer den Eigentümern hat man praktisch keine Nachbarn.
    Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Man hat vom Essplatz einen herrlichen Blick in den Garten, der für die eigene Nutzung zur Verfügung steht.
    Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gibt gute Tipps für Restaurants und zum Einkaufen.
    Zur Begrüßung gab es Cidre und bretonische Kekse.
    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

    Gîte d'exception

    Ce gîte est parfait
    Situé au calme, tout près de Perros Guirec, dans un grand jardin entretenu avec goût, il est joliment décoré, et parfaitement équipé.
    Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et aux petits soins.
    Un des meilleurs séjours que nous ayons effectués.
