This well-appointed gite is located in a dead-end street in the countryside, close to the Rance river, 12 km from the medieval town of Dinan, 10 km from the popular beaches of St-Lunaire, 12 km from Dinard, 14 km from St-Malo and around 50 km from Mont-Saint-Michel. Take a dip at Plage du Roué, 1.5 km from the gite, a great leisure spot to discover during your stay.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: living room with sitting area, fitted kitchen, separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 for 2 people, bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet. Baby equipment available. Private parking nearby. Private 100 m² courtyard, 28 m² terrace and 45 m² lawn. Children's playground, shared by the 2 gites, with swing, trampoline and badminton net.

idéalement situé pour visiter Dinan, Dinard, St Malo, ou le Mont St Michel...... ce gite bien au calme, dans une longère bien typique et admirablement restaurée ne laisse que de bons souvenirs, au même titre que le sympathique accueil des propriétaires avec qui le contact n'est pas ressenti comme seulement une obligation commerciale, sans oublier les petites attentions bien appréciées. Une adresse à retenir et à conseiller
