In a typical Breton hamlet, this detached stone house has recently been tastefully renovated. You'll love the south-west-facing terrace and the 1500 m² of unenclosed greenery at the rear of the gîte. Situated in the countryside 4 km from the center of Lanvellec, you can enjoy the Grand Rocher beach just 11 km away (14 mn by car), or visit the Rosanbo castle 5 km away, overlooking the Bô valley, which is surrounded by a 4-hectare regular neoclassical park. Places not to be missed: the fine sandy beach of Saint Michel en Grève, 12 km away, is one of the largest in the département and boasts a well-equipped nautical center; the Vallée des Saints, 32 km away; or the beautiful Côte de Granit Rose, the famous seaside resort of the Côtes d'Armor, 29 km away.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room, fitted kitchen, separate toilet, bathroom with shower. On the first floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190. A lovely tiled terrace at the entrance to the gite, a large 200 m² courtyard with parking for 2 cars. A large 1500 m² unenclosed lawn area at the rear of the gite includes a boules alley, a swing for the kids and a shelter for your bikes.

Sehr schön renoviertes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage.Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Sogar mit eigener Boulebahn. Toll ist auch das Handtücher vorhanden sind und die Betten bereits gemacht sind. Ein großes Kompliment an die Gastgeber für diesen zusätzlichen Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This gite is a real gem, in the country but easy to get to the sea and into the countryside. The facilities inside the gite are excellent. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

TiRo Wunderschöner Ort der Ruhe in der Bretagne
Es war einfach wunderschön! Wir würden durch Phanelie sehr nett und freundlich empfangen. Wir können zwar nur bedingt französisch und Phanelie auch kein Deutsch, aber dank Google Übersetzer haben wir uns trotzdem gut verständigen (auch über WhatsApp) können. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man ist ganz alleine auf dem sehr großen Anwesen, was absolute Ruhe bedeutet. Nur ein paar zutrauliche Kühe gibt es nebenan, welche durch Aurelién (sehr netter Ehemann von Phanelie) betreut werden. In dem Ort gibt es nichts, außer mal ein Traktor oder mal einer der wenigen Anwohner der vielleicht vorbei fährt...und das war einfach herrlich. Ach und vielleicht gallopiert mal 1 weißes Pferd sowie ein Esel vorbei, wenn man gerade im Liegestuhl auf der Wiese liegt, die von der Koppel eines Nachbarn ausgebüxt waren :-) Für den nächsten Einkauf kann man ca. 10 min entfernt nach Plouaret (Carrefour) oder 20 min. Plestin Les Greves (z.B. Lidl) fahren. Für uns war es der ideale Ausgangsort um die Bretagne zu entdecken und sogar bis zur Normandie (Omaha Beach) zu fahren. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, den wir haben, ist der Fernsehempfang. Abends möchte man sich doch mal bei einer Flasche Wein die Nachrichten oder einen Film anschauen, aber leider gab es nur französische Programme. Da könnte man sicherlich mal eine Sat-Schüssel anstelle der TV-Antenne installieren und zusätzlich deutsche, englische etc. Programme zur Verfügung stellen. Leider ist der TV auch nicht mit dem Handy koppelbar, so dass man darüber hätte streamen können. Nichts desto trotz schmälert das in keinster Weise unseren wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir haben uns einfach sehr wohl gefühlt, konnten total entspannen und können es absolut weiter empfehlen!

Elli une maison magnifique!
Le logement était vraiment merveilleux; il y avait tout le nécessaire! Tout était très propre. La propriétaire était très accueillante, très sympathique et attentionnée. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis avec nos deux jeunes enfants !

Nous avons passé UN agréable séjour. Nous avons été bien accueilli. Le gite est confortable, fonctionnel et bien décoré et au calme. Par la situation géographique nous avons pu faire de nombreuses visites et randonnées pédestres.
