Very close to the village of Plouaret with all its local shops, this welcoming vacation home is the ideal address for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while still being close to the sea. The location is very pleasant and relaxing: you'll enjoy a superb, well-appointed terrace for sunny lunches or sheltered dinners... It's a real haven of peace, ideal for reading, relaxing or planning your excursions. After all, this is a tourist region. For the seaside, head for the great beaches of St-Michel-en-Grèves (12 km) or St-Efflam beach in Plestin-les-Grèves, and from there along the coast to the Côte de Granit Rose and its emblematic seaside resorts, Perros Guirec (29 km), Trébeurden (27 km) and Lannion (18 km). You'll also find plenty of cultural sights to explore, including the Château de Lanvellec, the park of the Château de Rosambo, the Château de Tonquédec, the gardens of Pellinec and many others.

Parfait Parfait
Très beau gîte. Agréable, propre, au calme, cadre verdoyant tres bien entretenu également.Les propriétaires et leurs enfants tres sympathiques nous on tres bien recu. Habitué a louer des gîtes pour mon vacances, celui ci est vraiment exceptionnel. La région est magnifique.Nous le conseillons.

Joyce Gite confortable et lumineux
Ce gîte est très confortable et d'une propreté impeccable. Toutes les pièces sont baignées de lumière naturelle. La vue depuis le salon, la véranda et la terrasse est magnifique! Beau et grand jardin. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Plouaret est idéalement situé pour découvrir la Côte de Granit Rose, Morlaix, Lannion, Treguier, Guimilliau et Brest. Les petites routes de campagne sont un vrai régal pour les yeux.. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte!

Kizzy Cosy and quirky
Despite the chilly weather, the delightful modern gite is light, warm and well-insulated. Four sets of patio doors with electronic blinds lead onto a terrace, with a newly-planted garden of interesting shrubs. There is an accessible bedroom and shower room / laundry dowstairs, with a toilet off the sun room at the other end of the living room. Children (aged 7 - 77) would love the adventure of quirky stairs up to an eagle's nest bedroom with a round window.
A warm welcome awaits from the host family and their dog. We also enjoyed the antics of their family of Muscovy ducks and sheep, as well as sparrows in the eaves, and herds of cattle in nearby fields. We booked for tranquility, but were also surprised by the range of activities available within an hour's drive. Our time flew by, we'd love to return!- Cleanliness

Sabine108 Gite cosy et confortable
Gite très confortable et bien équipé. Décoration au top, très lumineux et cosy. Propriétaires au petit soin, accueil chaleureux. Bien situé, permettant de rayonner facilement pour visiter les alentours. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés tout est impeccable.

Lili excellent séjour
trés bon moment passé dans ce charmant logement avec un accueil des plus chaleureux par notre hôte. Le logement était trés bien équipé et l’extérieur est également trés bien entretenue, nous avons pu profiter du calme du lieu. Merci encore!
