In Paimpol, very close to the Baie de Poulafret, this comfortably renovated town house is perfect for families looking for proximity to shops and a change of scenery by the sea. Here, you can do it all on foot: reach the lively town center with its shopping streets, its marina where it's good to stop for a drink on the terrace. If you like walking, why not take the GR34 hiking trail along the Baie de Poulafret, where you can swim on the small sandy beach. Children will love the playground, as well as the fitness trail, mini golf course and bike park. Beauport Abbey, a remarkable monastic site, is just a few minutes away. Pier for Ile de Bréhat 7.5 km away. After all your lovely walks, you'll enjoy relaxing on the well-sheltered, south-facing terrace.
Your vacation rental, arranged on 2 levels, includes:

Entrance hall, living room communicating with the fitted kitchen offering direct access to the terrace and garden, scullery and separate toilet.
- First floor:
2 bedrooms with original parquet flooring: (2 beds 140x190) and a relaxation room including a sofa bed, shower room (shower) and another independent toilet, library corner.
Outside:
24 m² terrace and 200 m² enclosed private garden to the rear of the house.
Access to the house via a communal gate also serving the adjoining house (occupied by one person). 3 steps to access the house.
Parking available in 2 free public parking lots 100 m away, but double-parking is possible to unload your vehicle.

Flo Séjour à Paimpol
Super séjour à Paimpol dans un très beau gîte.
Nous avons été tres bien accueilli par Gérard, hôte très sympathique. Le gite est confortable, avec une bonne literie, propre, au calme avec un très beau jardin fleuri. Notre petit chien en a bien profité. Nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Il ne manquait rien dans le gîte.
La région est très belle, ile de Brehat Treguier Pontrieux, l abbaye de Beauport etc...nous recommandons. Adresse à garder quand nous reviendrons dans les Cotes d'Armor.- Cleanliness

Super séjour dans cet agréable gîte où l’on se sent comme à la maison. Avec tout le nécessaire sur place. À proximité de la mer du gr34, des commerces, du centre ville, du port. Tout se fait à pied. Belle âme dans cette maison chaleureuse et accueillante. Merci aux propriétaires.

France et Christine Super Gîte, un vrai paradis
Wow et rewow. Nous avons été plus que ravi de notre séjour trop bref , 6 jours, dans ce merveilleux gîte. M. Gérard nous à accueilli avec une gentillesse extraordinaire. Superbe maison avec un jardin fleuri tout équipé. A l intérieur tout y était en plus belle vaisselle de qualité pour prendre l apéro. Les chambres spacieuses et très confortable. Lits douillets. Nous le recommandoms fortement 100% en eapérant y retourné. Mercu encore M. Gérard. :) xx
