On the Chemin de Guilben leading to the Pointe de Guilben, Renée's bright, spacious, detached house welcomes you for a family vacation just 1 km from the lively center of Paimpol and its marina. A multitude of activities are available nearby: for relaxation and idleness, the Kerdreiz beach is 300 m away, the Tossen beach with its seawater reservoir is 500 m away, and the Poulafret leisure park (fitness trail, pond, mini-golf and children's games) is 500 m away. If you're in the mood for cultural and historical walks, then the magnificent Abbaye de Beauport is a must! The gite has a small view of the sea and Beauport Abbey from the first floor.

Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: entrance hall leading to a separate living room, a sitting room and kitchen opening onto the terrace at the rear, shower room (large walk-in shower) and separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190) (2 beds 80x200), toilet area (WC + washbasin). Private 450 m² grounds. Parking alongside the property.
