This large, beautiful, detached country house was once a school and then a family property. Fanny couldn't imagine letting it go, and orchestrated a superb renovation where the relooking of antique furniture stands out. The result is a certain character, combined with the modern comforts you'd expect from a well-deserved vacation. In Lanmodez, in the "Pays de Maudez", discover an environment combining countryside and seascapes. A seaside town, Lanmodez's coastline offers breathtaking views of the Trieux estuary and the Bréhat archipelago. Enjoy the family atmosphere of Pors Guyon marina, the beaches of Kastel Yar, Bonne Nouvelle, etc. Relax on the fine yellow sand and swim at high tide! Extend your visit to the pretty village of Lanmodez and visit the 18th-century parish church of Saint-Maudez, built of schist and granite. Finally, sample the local oysters!
