On the outskirts of Pontrieux, a pretty little town full of character, on the port road along the Trieux, this gîte offers comfortable accommodation. At the rear of the property, a private area is ideal for outdoor lunches. Fishing is possible just opposite the gîte, as well as discovering the many laundries for which Pontrieux is famous. And why not take a ride on the steam train from Pontrieux to Paimpol? Fishing and canoeing on site. A visit to the Château de la Roche Jagu and its magical gardens is just 5 km away. Tréguier and Guingamp 16 km away, the beaches of Penvenan (Port Blanc) and Perros-Guirec 25 km away. The owners, who live right next door, will be happy to guide you in your choice of visits...

Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: separate living room, fitted kitchen with dining area, shower room and WC. Floor 1: 2 bedrooms: one with washbasin (1 bed 140x190), the other (1 single bed, 1 of which is 90x190), WC. 2nd floor accessible by narrow staircase: 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 80x200) with TV, small study overlooking the Trieux river and garden, shower room with WC. From the kitchen, a few steps give access to the 14 m² private courtyard and 120 m² enclosed private garden. Secure garden shed (lockable) for bicycles. Parking at the rear of the property, in front of the gate.
