Just 100 m from the sea and a beach, nestled at the head of the Baie de Poulafret, Huguette and Alain welcome you to this contemporary detached house on the family estate. From here, Paimpol and its surrounding area are yours to explore. On foot or by bike, you'll be off to the Pointe de Guilben, the port, Beauport Abbey, the Musée de la Mer, the Tuesday morning market, the old streets and artists' galleries. For those who don't know it yet: discovering the Ile de Bréhat (8 km away) promises a great day out, as does the GR34, which runs along the coast, and the pretty fishing village of Loguivy de la Mer (7 km away). For a stroll along the sublittoral Trieux river (16 km), the Château de la Roche Jagu and its park are well worth a visit. You can't name everything, but you'll be keen to explore the region further (Tréguier, Pontrieux, le Sillon de Talbert, etc.). We'll have to come back... !

Your single-storey vacation rental comprises: a large 41 m² living room-lounge-kitchen, a 19 m² veranda, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 140x190 double bed), a bathroom with shower and washbasin, a separate toilet, a large adjoining storage room with laundry area and safe bicycle storage. Totally independent gîte, in a cul-de-sac entrance, on 650 m² of enclosed grounds (garage not accessible). Private parking (on owners' land) next to the entrance gate. Across the street, 100 m away, access to the Poulafret multi-sports ground and playground.
