What a pleasure to stay in such a green setting, yet only 11 km from the coast! And what a setting! This charming stone house, set in the middle of a 12th-century fortified enclosure, offers a complete change of scenery in a peaceful setting... If you wish, the owner can even tell you all about the history of this place. And there's no shortage of things to do! Fancy a breath of fresh air? Discover the Emerald Coast! The beaches of St Jacut de la mer, St Cast Le Guildo and Lancieux are just waiting for you .... And don't forget the chic resort of Dinard with its Belle Epoque villas (33 km) or the corsair town of St Malo (40 km). A must during your stay is a visit to the medieval town of Dinan (12 km). Take a trip back in time through its picturesque streets, ramparts and castle. From there, take the opportunity to discover the Rance valley, with its locks, villages and typical ports.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: fitted kitchenette, living room (flat-screen TV), wc. Floor 1: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 x200) with private wc and bathroom with shower. Floor 2: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190), with private bathroom with shower and wc. Private grounds of 800 m². Gîte adjoining the owner's house, located on a property that also includes 2 other gîtes (22G520321 and 22G520326).

Bébert La maison à la glycine
Convient parfaitement à ceux qui aiment les vieilles pierres et les anciennes demeures qui ont une âme. Par ailleurs, une décoration soignée ajoute une petite touche de charme dans les pièces de vie.

Chrisj54 What an amazing find
This must be one of the best Gites we have stayed in and we have stayed in a number over the last 40 years.
We were greeted by the owner Jean-Marc when we arrived and he made us most welcome.
The accommodation was excellent and well equipped.
In the kitchen was a large fridge freezer which was a great asset given that most Gites only have very small freezers.
Both bedrooms were on suite which was a great surprise and very welcome.
Nothing was too much trouble for Jean- Marc who was always friendly and willing to have a conversation.
The Gite is ideally located for travelling to major towns which are only a short distance away.
If you like peace and quiet in excellent accommodation then this is the place to stay.
We would certainly recommend this to our friends and wouldn’t hesitate in staying their again

Manu Un cadre idyllique
Une expérience magnifique dans un cadre tout aussi magnifique. Le côté château donne l’impression d’être plongé au cœur de la Bretagne médiévale. La proximité avec Dinan et la plage est un très gros +. Et l’accueil était juste parfait.

Gîte isolé, mais à 10 minutes de la ville, au calme, dans un cadre magnifique et verdoyant. Tout le confort dans cette ancienne chapelle, idéal pour se reposer.

J'ai loué trois semaines le gîte de Montafilan pour me reposer et y inviter amis et famille.Si vous aimez la campagne, la mer, la rando et le patrimoine vous trouverez à Montafilan un petit coin de paradis adapté à vos envies.Le séjour a été très agréable pour petits et grands dans ce lieu bien au calme, riche en histoire, magnifiquement entretenu par son propriétaire. Jean-Marc disponible,toujours à l'écoute a été présent pour rendre des services et également apporter des conseils pour visiter cette belle région de Bretagne. Vraiment de belles vacances!
