Gîte with a beautiful sea view, built in 2007, adjoining the owners' house with separate entrance, not overlooked. Just 500 m from the sea and a small beach, you'll enjoy staying in this charming little gîte with an exceptional view of the Jaudy Estuary. Walking enthusiasts will be delighted by the many hiking trails, especially the GR 34, which is just a stone's throw away.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: kitchenette, living room with fireplace, bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200).

Bretagne-Freundin Tolle Lage, etwas ungepflegt, Außenbereich enttäus
Nette Vermieter, das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Sehr ruhig , auch von den Vermietern (direkte Nachbarn) bekommt man nichts mit. Gute Ausgangsposition für Ausflüge.
Vor der Ankunft hätte ich mir eine kurze Antwort auf meine Mail gewünscht um zu wissen ob alles klappt. Bei der Abreise hat es gut funktioniert.
Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hier würde etwas Nacharbeiten nicht schaden, z.b. Löcher in den Wänden, von ehemaligen Lampen oder Bildern?- zuspachteln, Mückengitter wurden auch helfen. Sauberkeit war okay, allerdings habe ich eine neue Toilettenbürste gekauft, da ich die vorhandene nicht hätte verwenden können...
Es gibt keine Rauchmelder!Der Außenbereich geht allerdings gar nicht , es liegt Müll herum, das Geotextil sieht überall heraus und wird von den Vögeln gefressen und zerrupft. Als Deko kaputte Blumentöpfe und verdorrte Pflanzen. Hier hat man keine Lust sich rauszusetzen und etwas zu essen oder zu trinken. Das möchte man aber eigentlich im Urlaub
Liebe Vermieter: ein bisschen Arbeit am Haus, eine Terrasse die den Namen verdient ( vielleicht auch auf der Wiese, da wäre der Blick aufs Meer noch besser) und dieses Haus könnte ein Juwel sein!
