Katty and Franck welcome you to this pretty Breton farmhouse with its sober, trendy decor, 6 km from the beaches. Relax on a deckchair in the pleasant, well-shaded garden after a stroll through the friendly seaside village of Sables d'or Les Pins. Looking for a breath of Costa Rican sea air? You've come to the right place. The many small villages along the coast are waiting to welcome you.
Semi-detached gite in a farmhouse
- First floor: living room with fitted kitchenette, 1 shower room (Italian shower and WC).
- Upstairs accessible by contemporary, secure staircase, leading directly to the large bedroom: 1 bed 180x200 which can be twinned into 2 beds 90x200.
Laundry room with private washing machine, shared dryer and freezer (2 drawers reserved) in the gable end of the farmhouse.
Outside: private 20 m² terrace, shared 120 m² grounds with small ornamental pond. Parking at property entrance.

J'ai séjourné au gîte Cap d'Erquy du 27/07 au 03/08.
L'accueil par Katty, la propriétaire, est sympathique et chaleureux.
Le gîte a été installé dans une ancienne ferme et est entouré d'un charmant jardin.
Il convient pour 2 personnes et est équipé de tout le nécessaire avec une terrasse bien exposée.
Une buanderie commune aux 2 gîtes permet de faire une lessive et l'entretien.
1 semaine au calme, avec les commodités nécessaires à quelques km.
Beaucoup de belles visites possibles à proximité.

JM72 havre de paix
Propriétaires accueillants et discrets. Gite très propre et très bien équipé. Très beau jardin et calme assuré tout en étant peu éloigné des lieux à visiter, des plages et des commerces de Plurien. En résumé excellent séjour.
