Bord de Rance

Just 700 m from the GR34C trail linking Dinan and Dinard, on the west bank of the Rance, a pretty gîte just the way we like it.

Ideal location for visiting both Côtes d'Armor and Ile et Vilaine: 13 km from the medieval town of Dinan, 11 km from the famous seaside resort of Dinard and 15 km from St Malo. A soft, serene atmosphere thanks to the predominant use of wood and the large windows providing plenty of light. From here, you'll want to get lost in the lanes and paths leading down to the Rance. You'll find hikes, tide mills, shipyards and unsuspected river mouths where ducks roam. A bath in nature and tranquility, punctuated by boats, kayaks and birds. 2 km away, on the Rance maritime shore, the Roué beach is a popular bathing spot. This stretch of water is home to numerous anchorages, with its wooden pontoon allowing you to board at any time of the tide. Ancient windmills overlook the shore. A nugget just 49 km away: Mont Saint Michel will also be a highlight of your stay.

First floor:
-1 bedroom for 2 with 1 bed 160x200 and private terrace
-1 other bedroom with 2 90x200 bunk beds,
- bathroom with shower and baby bath,
- separate toilet with washbasin.
A laundry room is accessible from the outside, with space for bicycles.
Outside, there are 2 beautiful south-west-facing 20 m² terraces, one of which is on the first floor and accessible from one of the two bedrooms, a 100 m² lawn and a private driveway for parking your car.
