Facing the sea, a charming house offering every comfort in the heart of the seaside resort of Val André, on one of the finest sandy beaches on the Breton coast. Next to the Marine Spa (remember to book in advance if you want a treatment), close to the casino, cinema, beach and shops (all less than 100 meters away). Plenty of entertainment (shows, jazz music, etc.) and leisure activities (yacht club, golf, horse-riding, etc.) in all seasons. Erquy 11 km and Cap Fréhel 26 km away.

Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: living room with magnificent sea view (TV, DVD player, games, library), dining room (TV), small fully-equipped kitchen (1 dishwasher and refrigerator in the annex), 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 140x190, shower room, separate toilet with washbasin. Garden level, independent access with 5 steps to wicket gate: 1 bedroom (2 twin 80x200 single beds) with private shower room and separate toilet with washbasin. Outside access: laundry/storage room (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher). Private, sunny, enclosed 100 m² garden with terrace and sea view. Weber barbecue and Le Marquier plancha. Free covered public parking lot opposite, 50 m away. Weekly cleaning: 50€, WE or 3d 20€ and 4d 30€. In winter, heating is payable on site with the owners: €12 per day.

    Maison de charme vue sur mer

    Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette maison où l'on se sent immédiatement bien.

    Merci à Christine pour sa gentillesse, son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses délicates attentions lors de notre arrivée.

    La maison a énormément de charme et possède le cachet des villas de famille. On s'y sent très bien, tout est impeccable. Une vue sur mer imprenable, du lever au coucher du soleil.

    Un séjour ressourçant, dans un lieu où l’on se sent chez soi.

    Nous avons hâte d’y revenir l’année prochaine !

    Séjour en famille

    Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location.
    Très bon emplacement tout à côté de la mer et de la digue.
    Idéale pour famille avec enfants en bas âge .
    La fenêtre du salon avec vue sur la mer est un plus .
    Le soleil étant de la partie pour cette semaine de Pâques nous avons pu profiter des déjeuners dans le jardin. .
    Très bon accueil , avec en plus des produis bretons à savourer .
