Adjoining the owners' home at the rear, everything has been designed to respect your privacy. From the living room, you can enjoy panoramic views thanks to the large bay windows and glass railings.
Imagine starting your day with a sea-view breakfast on the terrace and ending it with a fabulous sunset, with the Triagoz lighthouse as your focal point.
The garden is the perfect place to relax or enjoy a barbecue.
For wellness enthusiasts, the Forum de la Mer's 30°C heated seawater pool complex at Trégastel plage, just 2.7 km away, promises a relaxing experience.
And with Perros-Guirec just 6.7 km away, you can discover the famous Côte de Granit Rose and the charming village of Ploumanac'h.

Baloo Magnifique
Séjour parfait dans un gîte magnifique autant pour sa vue que son équipement, sans oublier la qualité de l'accueil et les conseils du propriétaire. La Black House est un cocon avec vue splendide sur Trégastel et la mer tout en étant au calme. Rien ne manque à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Tout est prévu pour passer des vacances ressourçantes et reposantes au grand air des côtes d'Armor près des superbes sites. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr. Encore un grand merci Julien.

Val & Séba Le Black House ... Wouahh, que dire !
Un très beau gîte, bien situé, très propre et décoré avec goût.
La vue est un réel atout ... juste magnifique !
Une belle terrasse et un chouette petit jardin pour profiter du BBQ par beau temps.
Julien est un hôte charmant, généreux et bienveillant.
On le remercie pour ses précieux conseils concernant les endroits à voir et les restaurants à tester.
Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans ce très bel endroit.

Titch Home from home
Very comfortable home, probably the best that we have stayed in over a period of 52 years. Julien was an excellent host ensuring that we had all the information that we needed both about the house and the area. Whilst always available by SMS he was also discreet. There are over 20 steep steps to the house entrance and these may not be suitable for people with mobility problems.

Christine und Dieter Der perfekte Ort an der Côte de Granit Rose
Wir haben drei wundervolle Wochen im Black House verbracht und möchten uns bei unserem Gastgeber Julien herzlich dafür bedanken. Gelegen in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit weitem Blick über Trégastel und das Meer hebt sich das Haus nicht nur durch eine gelungene Architektur, sondern auch eine sehr geschmackvolle, durchdachte Inneneinrichtung heraus. Alles ist vorhanden, was man sich für einen längeren Urlaub wünschen kann, bis hin zum Austernmesser. Selbst Fahrräder stehen bereit, um die großartige Landschaft zu erkunden. Die große Terrasse ist ideal, um an Sommerabenden bei einem guten Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang zu betrachten… sofern man nicht den gepflegten Garten bevorzugt.
Julien hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wertvolle Ratschläge zu Ausflugszielen, Restaurants, Märkten und dergleichen gegeben. Er war stets für uns erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Vom Empfang bis zum Abschied… hier hat wirklich alles gepasst. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Merci et à bientôt !
