At the entrance to the port of Dahouët, in a residential neighborhood, this comfortable house is ideally located for exploring the Côte de Penthièvre. Take advantage of the rear terrace, protected from the wind, ideal for your meals and moments of relaxation.
Just 300 m away on foot, discover the charming port of Dahouët, where fishermen and yachtsmen mingle. The Terres Neuvas quay, lined with shipowners' houses, offers an authentic setting.
From here, follow the GR34 to admire breathtaking panoramas: turquoise Sea, Anse du Pissot, Val-André Beach and the Verdelet bird sanctuary.

Rando plaisir Vacances en côtes d'Armor
Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire lors de cet agréable séjour dans ce gîte confortable, propre et bien situé dans un quartier très calme, proche des belles plages de Pléneuf Val André, Berneuf Saint Pabu, Caroual.
Un réel plaisir de randonner à la découverte de beaux paysages, cap d'erquy, balades jusqu'en baie de saint-brieuc par les chemins côtiers .

Chti'phil Séjour agréable en famille
Séjour à 4 adultes, très agréable dans un environnement de qualité, gîte confortable, très bien situé près du GR 34 et du port de Dahouët.
Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, avec toutes les prestations présentées sur gîtes de France.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre quinzaine dans cette maison très agréable, confortable et bien équipée, avec un joli jardin . Proche du port mais au calme, c'est un bon point de départ de balades.

chloé Logement charmant et très agréable
Nous avons adoré cette maison très agréable, spacieuse et propre. Nous avons apprécié le calme du voisinage, le jardin sans vis-à-vis joliment aménagé. Nous avons été très bien accueillit à notre arrivée et si vous avez besoin de conseils sur les différentes activités touristiques du coin, le logement ne manque pas de guide et Laurie saura tout à fait vous renseigner.

Les randonneurs Gite très agréable et conforme à la description
Très bon séjour - la maison est neuve, très propre et bien équipée. Laurie, la propriétaire est accueillante - tout est parfait. Point d'amélioration : proposer un forfait ménage.

Le bien correspondait aux descriptifs dans l'annonce,accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, de plus le soleil était au rendez-vous ce qui nous a permis de profiter du jardin.
