Through the windows of the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2022, you're invited to put on your walking shoes and set off on the GR34 footpath at the foot of the rental property: 13 km of coastline in Perros Guirec alone! Unless you'd rather rent an electric bike 500 m away! Your single-storey, garden-level vacation apartment comprises: living room with kitchen and sea view, bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) (can be split into 2 single beds (80x200) on request) and dressing room, shower room (large shower, washbasin), toilet with washbasin. In front of the bay windows: private terrace of approx. 30 m² (garden furniture, deckchairs and electric plancha) and private parking space of approx. 10 m² . On request: loan of 2 bicycles (non-electric). Adjoining apartment occupied by the owners. The guest house (22G120895) occupies the 2 floors above. The D788 / Boulevard G. Clémenceau road in front of the house serves the entire coastline of this commune, with a succession of panoramic tables and vistas.
