But you're located in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, just 700 m from the Perros-Guirec marina. Just head down the coast and you're there! You'll find plenty of shops and restaurants in the harbor....and plenty of opportunities to stroll along the quays and into the town center (3.2 km). If you prefer the beach, Les Arcades is 2.5 km away, Trestignel 4.3 km and Trestraou, with its yacht club, seasonal entertainment, casino and new thalasso, 4.9 km. 10.5 km from Trégastel plage and Forum de la mer: superb 30° seawater aquatic complex...7.5 km from Golf de Pleumeur Bodou. 9.7 km from Lannion TGV train station.

First floor: living room with fitted kitchen, shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet, laundry area. First floor: mezzanine bedroom (1 bed 160x200: excellent bedding). Well-sheltered, west-facing terrace. Private grounds of 100 m² bordering the Kerduel stream, unprotected: as a result, only babies under one year old are welcome. Private parking along the road (7 steps down to the gîte). Bicycles can be stored in the owners' garage adjoining the gîte. Only 1 pet allowed.
