Charming residence in the heart of Lannion, a city of Art and History, between the train station, the Léguer river and the shops. Pleasant, warm, beautifully decorated rooms with river views. In this house, every element of a wall makes you travel, as Annie and Denis showcase paintings and creations by artists from all over the world. Recommended by Le Géoguide, le Routard "Côte de Granit Rose" and Michelin Bretagne, an urban stopover on the GR 34. Côte de Granit Rose (10 km away) Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h, Trégastel.
On the second floor of this attractive town house, 2 bedrooms with TV, and shower room with shower, basin, WC: Louise (1 bed 1.60 m x 2) and Victorine (3 beds 0.90x2 m including 2 twin beds and small sitting area). Board games. First floor: breakfast room with homemade cakes, jams, eggs, cakes... Private access to fridge and microwave, living room with access to terrace overlooking the 2 walled gardens for resting, returning from hikes or the beach. Bikes can be parked and covered in the enclosed courtyard. For Victorine, children between 3 and 12 years old. Minimum 2 consecutive nights all year round, and 3 nights in July and August. All year round: from 5 consecutive nights: -10%, from 7 consecutive nights: -15%.

Achat en 2012 de cette belle maison de ville que recherchait Denis et Annie pour avoir plus de place pour recevoir leur famille et les amis entre autres et pourquoi pas de la chambre d'hôtes ... ?, activité qui, d'ailleurs, existait déjà sur place.

5/5Très bon accueil, propriétaires très sympathiques et à l’écoute. Gîte idéalement placé dans Lannion (gare, centre ville, …..). L’environnement de ce gîte est idéal, jardin, terrasse tout en respectant la vie des propriétaires. La chambre est très agréable, accueillante, la literie est parfaite. Un petit moment presque comme chez nous, toujours avec le respect de nos accueillants.

5/5Nous avions réservé pour deux nuits. Très bien accueillis. La chambre, conforme au descriptif, est confortable. Une documentation fournie est proposée. De la vaisselle nous a été mise à disposition un soir pour un dîner tardif. Simplicité, disponibilité et gentillesse des propriétaires avec lesquels nous avons eu plaisir à échanger. À signaler également la localisation de la maison, àdeux pas du centre et de ses commodités. Nous recommandons.
