Breton stone house, adjoining another gîte, renovated in 2006. This gîte will seduce you with its small view of the sea and the Ile de Bréhat from the first floor. Located on the tip of the presqu'ile sauvage, 2 km from the beaches and the Sillon Talbert, close to the GR34, 14 km from Paimpol and Tréguier, 1 km from the village.
Your vacation rental comprises ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room, sitting room (decorative fireplace with insert) 1 bedroom (1 double bed) bathroom with shower, w.c. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200) (2 single beds) bathroom with bath, w.c. 800 m² garden & 800 m² courtyard shared with the adjoining Holiday cottage. Complete baby equipment on request.

De hele bovenverdieping is prima in orde, maar de kamer/keuken beneden is een kille, ietwat donkere ruimte, die onlogisch is ingericht, waardoor de kamer nog donkerder wordt: de spullen in de grote kast kun je niet goed zien, bij de eettafel moet het licht op en in de zithoek is lezen bijna onmogelijk, er zijn geen schemer- of leeslampen en de afstand bank tot t.v. is veel te groot. De plafondlampen, die op één schakelaar zitten zijn veel te fel. Eigenlijk zit geen enkele stoel of bank lekker. Bij aankomst viel op dat de keuken vettig was: de kastdeurtjes kleefden en de wasemkap was bedekt met een dikke laag vet. Gelukkig hadden we zelf wat vaatdoekjes meegenomen en na een poetsbeurt was dat verholpen. Ook hebben we de ragebol moeten gebruiken. De benedenverdieping hing vol met vooral zwarte spinrag. Conclusie: een ruime woning met een grote tuin, maar een goede schoonmaak zou niet verkeerd zijn (als gast betaal je daar voldoende voor) en verplaats de kast en (goed zittende) stoelen en bank zo dat lichtinval verbetert.

Nous venons dans ce gîte pour la 2è année consécutive.
La configuration du logement est parfaite car il dispose des commodités au rez-de-chaussée et au 1er étage ; ce qui est parfaitement adapté à l'accueil de personnes très âgées ou ayant du mal à se déplacer.
La propriétaire, Madame Guillou, est toujours très accueillante et extrêmement réactive en cas de problème, nous l'en remercions.- Cleanliness

AM Super séjour !
Gîte très confortable, très fonctionnel, très joliment décoré, avec tout ce qui fait un séjour agréable (jeux, cuisine bien équipée, salon très confortable...)
Bel emplacement pour visiter la région qui regorge de balades dans des sites magnifiques, au calme, pas loin des commerces...
